Shipping & Returns

Custom Orders:


Yes we finally have custom orders back! Just a quick tip and some time frames you need to consider when purchasing since all custom orders are "Handmade to Order".

  • Once custom order is placed, it can take anywhere from 7-21 business days for your order to "SHIP".
  • Once shipped, depending on your location, can take another 3-5 business days to arrive (please see below for international orders). 
  • We understand ordering online can be worrisome, that's why we try to take care of our customers and offer returns and exchanges on all items (read more below).

Ready to Ship Orders:

We offer ready to ship items that will ship almost immediately. Customers MUST ACKNOWLEDGE that ready to ship items are very limited. Therefore we may not be able to complete an exchange.

  • Once ready to ship order is placed, it can take 1-2 business days for your order to "SHIP".
  • Once shipped, depending on your location, can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive (please see below for international orders).
  • We understand ordering online can be worrisome, we do offer returns and exchanges for ready to ship items. We may not be able to complete an exchange due to limited inventory (read more below).

IMPORTANT!

If you place both a CUSTOM & READY TO SHIP order together, we can only ship to the time frame of the custom order. 

 

Return & Exchange Conditions:

To accept a return, all items must:
  • Not be worn
  • Not be washed
  • Not be damaged
  • Hygenic liner in place
  • Tags attached
You must request a return within 15 days of delivery date. We are not responsible for postage required during a return, ONLY if mistake was made on our part. We have the right to refuse return if all does not apply.
To accept an exchange, all items must:

  • Hygienic liner in place
  • Tags attached
You must request an Exchange within 15 days of delivery date. We are not responsible for postage required during an Exchange, ONLY if mistake was made on our part. We have the right to refuse Exchange if all does not apply.
If all apply and you would like a Refund or to Exchange an item please contact us at srraswim@yahoo.com. In case of email failure you can return items within 15 days of the delivery date to:

All items will be examined and we reserve 100% right to refuse or deny any Return/Exchange due to failure to meet the conditions.

If a return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days to receive email confirmation of the refund and 3-7 business days to for refund to go through your bank.

Shipping Terms:

We ship worldwide!
This does not include holidays & Sundays when post offices are closed.
For Domestic Orders:
  • Standard Flat Rate $5
    For International Orders:
    • Standard Flat Rate $15.00

    * The term "Business Day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

    *For all international orders, please note your order can take anywhere from 5-21 business days to arrive and we are not responsible for any customs charges you may incur.

    *For ALL orders, we are NOT responsible for lost mail. Please use your tracking numbers provided to you by email when the order is fulfilled.
